Wow it's already graduation time again! Last week our "crew" went to dinner and the waiter thought that we just graduated. We quickly told him that he was off by 4 years but then started talking and I remember parts of my high school "glory years" ha My life was so simple back then and I loved every second of it!
I went to dance every day! I loved it and wouldn't have traded it for anything! I made so many life long friends, learned many life lessons, and most of all enjoyed it! I danced with the same studio since I was 3 and there were times that we were a closer family than we were with our real families because we spent so much time with each other.

High school dances! They were so much fun and I think that it makes a huge difference with who you go with! I had my favorites but overall I loved every single one of them!
Sweethearts 2006-Christon, Julie, Jon, Elise, Clayton, Melissa, Justin, Chelsee, Zach, and I

(That was the worst dance to go dress shopping for! Zach wanted to wear a pink tie and I refused to wear pink or red to sweethearts like every other girl!)
Chars in 2006 with Jon! That was definitely the scariest dance since one of our friends in our group had a seizure but the boys took good care of us and we ended up having a good night!

Jon is one of my favorite people ever! I remember I didn't want to go to seminary one day and so I talked him (sorry Teri) out of going too and we got another friend to sluff and we went to his house and watched Christmas Vacation! It's a favorite with us! Looking back I would have killed my child but I think my parents knew I didn't do it every day and when I graduated from Seminary, it didn't really matter that I missed that one day right?!
On the other hand I remember my very first time sluffing, I was with a few other cheerleaders, and some SBO's, and I called my mom almost in tears, I felt so bad. ha she laughed and said it was okay, but to just call her next time so if we got pulled over I wouldn't get in trouble. Hands down my mom was the best, who would do that?!
I did it! Thanks to my wonderful, amazing, supportive mother who made anything possible! Also thanks to my sister for all her help! There were many nights that she helped my mom to make everything perfect! And thank you Daddy for working so hard to support all of us!

My favorite teacher was Pinnock. He was my history teacher and our class was awesome! Nothing is better than having your whole group of friends in a class together. He gave us his cell and told us to text him if we were going to sluff and he'd excuse us! Did we ever go?! Not really or if we did we just sat and talked the whole time! ha
Graduation with Mace, ZT, Chay, and Steve-O! I loved these boys and even more surprisingly Chayden and I made it through without killing each other! These boys were all like brothers, and I miss cheering for them on the field, we had some fun years!

I have so many fun memories, and friends that I love dearly from those dreaded years! Thank you to all the wonderful parents that let us hang out at their house, feed us, use the car, thank you mommy and daddy for my own car, and thank you high school for not lasting longer than 3 years! ha College is so much better than high school I just wish I had my mom to share all my stories with, she was my best friend, and I know she would have thought some of the things I have done are extreme but I miss telling her secrets and her saying "we wont tell your dad about that!" haha it was a fun ride, but a one way ticket is all I needed!
