The BIG 21!!

My birthday was okay 21 is overrated though. I went up to Heber with Katie and Jake and Katies mom Kim met us up there shortly after. The Davis' are like my second family. We rode horses, played, went on a nature walk, saw where Katie and Jake almost fell off a mountain the previous week, Katie and I are bookworms so we read and Jake did yardwork! We also went to lunch at the Zermatt Resort and walked around. We didn't take any pictures while we were up there but if you've never been there it's a little swedish resort and so much fun. The three of them spoiled me all day. We came back around 3 so Katie could get to school and then when Katie got home we met up with some friends and went to dinner.
Katie, Jake, and I at dinner! Nothing better than Cheesecake and 2 of my favorite people!
Davee look at the camera!
This is my "KATIE & JAKE I'm going to kill you for telling them it was my birthday face"
If you look close you can see whip cream in mid air right before it fell in Connies lapConnie and Dave had a little whip cream war
Jake on the bike and went 80 in the neighborhood. He scares me sometimes.
This is when the drama started though. We had to sit and watch softball which if you know me know that it's my least favorite sport, Jake tried to make things better and we went out and threw the football around and Lauren had to go to a Miss Utah meeting so we were trying to decide what to do when she got out. Davee was annoyed with Jordan so he left, Connie left because WE didn't want to go to Bountiful to play games with her friends and because Jordan can't do anything because of her concussion in March everything was getting vitoed. Finally we decided on going ice blocking and I told Jake to invite his friend Steve. We went down the hill TWICE before we were ready to go. Jordan left with Steve after we had made plans for the rest of the night so we went back to the Davis' and after an hour bash session we went home and went to bed.
I'm pretty sure the past two years birthdays haven't been the same probably because my mom always made them amazing! Bubbs tried to get me to come out there but with their schedule we would have had about an hour together during the day and he doesn't get home until after 9 so I would have been home alone ALL DAY! It's not that bad but not what I wanted for my birthday...should have gone!br />

Guess what? I hated everything about my 21st Birthday:) At least you had good food! Birthdays kinda aren't so much fun when you get older.
