CE-LE-BRATION C'MON!

I LOVE this boy AND this picture! When he emailed it to me I busted out laughing and my family looked at me like I was some physcho laughing at my computer! He called me Monday afternoon and told me great news but I had to keep it a secret, until Tuesday morning.
Cincinatti resigned him! He's on the practice squad which Freddie is completely happy with. He loves the schedule and workouts and says he knows that's where he should be right now! Aren't their uniforms AWESOME?!Freddie celebrating with his best friend Mike!

I am so glad Mike and his contagious laugh have been able to keep Freddie company!

He works SO hard to get where he wants to be! He's been all over America working out with different NFL teams. His hard work is really paying off! It looks like your late nights are over and you're back to the days of this....I LOVED coming over to this when I went to school at night! He would try so hard to stay up for me, I think over the last 3 years we probably spent half of that time sleeping while we were together. Just ask our friends they're surprised if I'm still awake after 11:00! CONGRATULATIONS Bubba, I love you SO much! GO UTES and now GO BENGALS!!

Halloween fun!

Katie and I at the bowling alley! I seriously don't know where I'd be without her or her family! I wish I would have gotten a picture of Jake in my coat it was pretty funny! After we went back to this girl kims house and played ping pong, and rock band!
ALANA'S BIRTHDAY! She chose Mcdonalds for her birthday dinner and then we had cake, ice cream, and presents at my dads house.
I think this is the first year in a LONG time I didn't do a UTE pumpkin.
For Halloween my friend Natalie got 8 tickets for the suites for the game on Halloween. Katie had work (like every weekend) and Jake was planning on going with Dadzo so we gave the two extra tickets to her little brother and his friend. I went and picked Jon up and we headed to Natalies and then to the game. We had a yummy dinner (which Jon doesn't know if he had chicken or ribs ha) and then my favorite hot chocolate! I was pretty nervous the first THREE quarters of the game. We were all getting pretty upset and none of us we're in a good mood. We finally started taking pictures once we took the lead in the fourth quarter.
Natalie and I rockin' the original BLACKOUT jerseys!Natalie, and I with her little brother John and his friendWe scored again! Jon went and stood in the back since the people behind us we're well in their 80's. One lady told me to sit because she couldn't see, I was discouraged we were at a FOOTBALL game it's okay to stand! The people in front of us even agreed! Jon, Me, Natalie, Mike, Kim, Taylor. Our UTES won!!!My view for the game. It was definately different than being on the 12th row in the MUSS. Jon and I used to talk how we would get seats on the 50 yard line when we were older but now we've changed our minds, and want to be with the people that stand the whole time!
GO UTES! Thank you for making my least favorite holiday a little better! Jon and I at the end of the game, he wasn't to happy about taking his picture...... After the game we went to Cafe Rio to meet up with a Columbus Crew soccer player. We were meeting up and running into celebrities all night! Jon and I ran up to the institute so I could make my appearance for XI. He was definatley the popular one there! After we decided we should go to his house for his brothers "get together" while everyone was at the game. Yeah glad we saved that for last, we never miss much! It turned out to be pretty fun. Thanks Natalie for letting us come, I can't wait until next week to STAND back in our MUSS seats!

7 years already?!

I can't believe my little Alana Banana turned 7 today, I look back and try to find out where all the time has gone.

BABY NANNERS! I will never forget the day she was born, she entered the world at 2:05a.m. and I had a math test at 7:30 I checked out half way through because I was so tired I was sleeping in my classes and went back to the hospital. I loved her from the that day since she got me out of school! JK She reminds me almost daily that I'm going to see my mom again, and it's okay to cry when I miss her. We've learned that my mom was the keystone in this family and nothing is as "big and special" as a mother/grandma makes it. She is so excited that next year she can finally get baptized!
She LOVES to dress up and do makeovers! Nobody can come over without getting a makeover. I go to her for fashion advice even, it's sad but this girl has style! Sometimes she will tell me what to wear and go upstairs and put on something similar so we match! I love it!
She is so fun to have around for the holidays.... I must say she is a pretty cute UTAH cheerleader too! Children have a way of lighting up the room when they walk in and Alana does just that. She says the funniest things and I often wonder where she comes up with it!
She loves to come with my friends and I, she benefits from each of them, here is a little of what she gets: Katie gets her ice cream, Freddie does whatever she wants and he goes shopping with us, she thinks Jeremy is awesome because he can sing and play the guitar, Trenton is just cool because he is so tall and for everyone else "They are so nice!"
This was my 18th birthday breakfast at I.H.O.P.
I'm not a fan of the attitude that comes with the age but she can be such an angel! She has my back and doesn't let ANYBODY be mean to me.I can't help but smile when I see this picture, she's to cute! I miss our old family traditions. At some little pumpkin patch, October '06
She'll go eat with me, ANYTIME! We have little lunch dates when she is off track and it's so much fun! She feels very grown up and I love spending time with her, she makes me so happy! Her whole life she will like anything that Cee-Cee likes. When there is a game on she says "Who do we want to win?" I love teaching her about sports and how to play. It's so much fun to share all your passions with your best friend! I've taught her well. BOO THE BLUE I got her the cutest outfit a couple years ago, GO UTES!!!! I love buying anything for her, everything is cuter when it's small! She lets me be completely crazy with her, and just says " Oh cee-cee you're crazy, but that's why you're my favorite!" When we're both tired we just laugh at each other over the weirdest things, I love having sleepovers with her and listening to the stories she makes up! She LOVES christmas traditions, seeing the lights, shopping, sleepovers by the christmas tree, and anything that involves the family. We all love you so much Princess!
We do just about anything together! I don't think any of my friends understand why there are nights that I would rather hang out with Alana than go out. She is so fun to be around and we are closer than most aunts and nieces. One year she even told Santa to "bring something for my sister." She tells everyone I am more like a sister and I am her #1BFFFFFFFF. My nickname is Cee-Cee which can be confusing but she has called me that since she learned to talk!I can't imagine life without her. She brings so much happiness to all of our lives and helps ease the pain when things get rough. I tell her daily to enjoy being a kid because those are the best days and she says "Can I just be 16 so I can drive?" I laugh at the things she says!
I love kisses from my Goober! HAPPY BIRTHDAY BABY GIRL! I love you so much and I'm so glad that you are one of my bestest friends! #1BFFFF

Vegas baby!

We've been planning on going to the UTAH/UNLV game for over a month and the closer it got the more people we found out planned on coming! We were pretty excited to have a little get away and be with my best friends!
We hung out in heber friday and before driving to St. Geezy!
You have to have junk food for a road trip!

Saturday morning we headed to Vegas! There were SO many UTAH fans it was crazy. The weather was perfect and we had so much fun walking around!
Walking the strip and apparently happy about something We went to the M&M factory, right before we headed to the game!
Katie and yellow, raise da roof! Red's the best! Kacie and blue yo! AGH it's spinning!
We got there early enough to do some tailgating and then once we got inside we met up with a bunch of our friends and created our own MUSS section!

Christian and Ashley as were were making our own MUSS section! I love my friends GO UTES! SWOOP The boys didn't play their best but we came out with the W! 35-15 UTES! The stadium was 3/4 full of UTAH fans so it was almost like a home game, I love cheering for the "men in red" as Tysen calls himself! On our way to our car two of our guy friends had a golf cart and gave us a ride to our car. I was SO scared but we made it safely!S

Everyone was meeting at the Bellagio at midnight to sing "UTAH MAN" well thanks to Christian/Ashley famous drama we spent over an hour at In-N-Out dealing with a crying boy. We still wanted to do something but by this time we were all very annoyed. . My friend said he would pay for me to gamble just so that I could say I've done it. That didn't happen. At this point everyone had split up so we decided we would just head back so we didn't have to deal with all of it. I'm still surprised Jon gambled ha it was only $1 but he was the last person I thought would even spend a dime on it! We still had fun, we just need to come back with OUT the drama!

Sunday we decided to write on Kims car while they were at church. Katie had a marker and thought it was dried out but then paint squirted on her face! ha

They kept saying they felt like hillbillies the whole weekend!

When they got home Austen and Jake wrote on my car. Austen being the immature 16 year old wrote inappropriate things so Katie cleaned it off immediately. This was the start of family drama. We decided we should just come home instead of dealing with the drama that occured from this and more information we found out. We got some more junk food but we were pretty full from our lunch.

Katie and Kacie with their suckers for the ride home

Coming home is never fun, especially when it was to short of a trip. I was also bummed I realized I didn't take any pictures with my favorite Neilson boys in Vegas either. Oh well maybe next time!

HAPPY BIRHTDAY NINNON!

Trenton turns 16 today! Over the last two years Trenton and I got really close! He is like a little brother and we have so much fun together! He thinks I'm to cool now that the older brothers are back but really he is the one that is to cool! (He wouldn't even acknowledge Jon and I the other night at a football game!) Not that we were surprised since that's the thing to do in high school! I hope you are having fun in Disneyland today! You are the most spoiled boy I know and you still think you don't get anything and Jon and Jer get it all! ha ha

This was almost two years ago when we decided to go mini golfing when it was FREEZING!
16 reasons why I love my little brother!

16. He goes with me to hang out with my friends! It's cool since I'm in college I guess ha
15. He goes on Wendys runs with me (a Neilson tradition!)
14. He went with me to pick up a paycheck since I was scared. (Not that he could have done anything)
13. He gets scared FOR me (mazda man! It's a story that involves me trying to be a nice sister)
12. He plays games with me (dancing with the stars on the Wii!)
11. He runs errands with me, as long as it involves getting him food!
10. He got me into LOST! Such a good show!
9. He brings entertainment when he sees a spider!
8. SLY and LAWRENCE!
7. You went on the SPACE JAM hunt with me (I was determined to find it)
6. He fills my car with gas!
5. He is one of my favorite UTE fans!
4. I can talk football with him anytime!
3. He's pretty good at basketball
2. He's a Neilson (they are some of my favorite people!)
1. He's 16 so no more driving him everywhere! He's actually a good driver so I'm not scared like most people!

Picking up Jer, two months ago!
No birthday can be bad when you're in Disneyland! I will see you in a few days in VIVA LAS VEGAS! Thanks for being my favorite little brother! I can't wait until basketball season starts again, you'll have a bigger crowd this year!

DADDY is one year older!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DADDY! I am the biggest daddy's girl ever well I was up until last year. I got teased by my friends ALL the time. If anything happened they would say "daddy" but that's exactly how it was I can trust him more than anything! I am so greatful for everything he has done for me. I always know that he is only a phone call away. He will do anything for his family or for our friends. I remember the first time and probably the only time he took me to a dance competition he didn't know what to do but Ashleigh had prom so my mom stayed home with her. I felt so bad that he had to deal with the stress that comes with it. I was probably stressing more because I knew he didn't know how to do my hair or put my costumes together but he's awesome and pulled through. I love football season. It is some time we have to bond (even though he is a cougar fan) we have fun when rival season comes around! GO NINERS DADDY! ha ha I loved going to the game with him a few years ago he gets so into it sometimes! I also love hearing "when I was a kid" stories ha they never get old I don't know how my grandparents put up with him he was the trouble child!

I am so greatful for the opportunities we have to just sit and talk. I have learned so much from him and the efforts he puts into our family. When I got set apart as an officer for XI I was so happy that he could be there for me and lay his hands on my head! He has taught me how important family is I remember one year he woke me up at 5 so we could drive to a family reunion. I thought he was crazy but he said I should be there and have the attitude that I want to be there, I look back and I think that's one of the most fun times I've had and a good bonding experience. (Shay remember when they wanted us to "rent" a swimming suit?) He also reminds me how important it is to stay close to the gospel so that we can be with my mom again. I never knew anyone who made him so happy and they had so much respect for each other. I don't remember my dad ever raising his voice at our house. I always felt bad that he was in a house of girls so I would sit on his lap every Sunday night and watch WALKER:Texas Ranger! ha I wish I could somehow repay you for all you have taught me dad. I love you and feel so bad that you have to put up with so much crap. When you gave me a big choice 16 months ago today more than ever I wish I would have said "yes" so I didn't have to see you so miserable. Remember the days that you used to say to me "keep a smile on your face it makes the world wonder what you are up to" I'll say that to you. I can tell you are trying your hardest but you aren't fooling the girls that know you best. I'm sure mom is shaking her head at you saying "Dell you don't have to please everyone" but Ash, and I along with Alana and now Mia will stay by your side. We ALL LOVE YOU!
I could talk about my dad for days but I think I've heard enough of how awful I am for one day so I should probably go out and enjoy his presence with everyone else. For anyone reading though NEVER talk about someones kids or their mom when they are at the house. We aren't stupid!
More to come: my favorite sisters birthday, and my new niece Mia!

Let it begin!

21 days until we head here.... ......for this!
We're also trying to convince this boy to join us. I haven't seen him in over a month and it's killing me. He misses everyone but would rather kill himself than visit during the season.... I'm excited to go for more drives like this..... I know attractive picture of Jake and I but we all have so much fun!I can't figure out who is more excited the parents for having three of the kids gone for a few days or the kids to get away! It's nowhere spectacular but we like it because it's CHEAP, and as college students that is our favorite word!
