Here you go Jade.....
First meet my second family growing up...

The
Wikstroms! These are all 7 kids and their awesome
parentals! We lived across the street from each other and our families literally did everything together growing up. Now I remember before the oldest, Jeremy,(far right) left on his mission, our families went up to Park City together and spent the day riding the Alpine Slide, shopping, eating and playing! I also remember waking up when it was still dark outside and we went to the airport to say goodbye. Then a few years later I remember Josh(in the sunglasses) getting his mission call. Now if I remember right we just all went to dinner together and had a big celebration, however I remember the day he came home we couldn't believe it had been two years! Now it's been years later and
Jadens(far left) time has come! We couldn't be happier! It's weird because I was only three but I can tell you exactly where I was standing when he came home from the hospital! I also remember his baptism like it just happened, I came late after a dance performance (of course!). Anyways
Jaden and I have always been close, in fact I think there were days that I spent more time playing with him and Hannah(his best friend) spent more time playing with Carley growing up! I am so glad he decided to serve a mission! He did an awesome job at his farewell today, and it was fun to see everyone in the old neighborhood and some of his family again!
You're going to do awesome Jade and the people in Mexico are so privileged to have you serve them! I wish everyone could have heard your talk today because you did an amazing job! I can't wait to hear about your experiences and PLEASE write your mother at least once (that was more than Jer! ha) I can't wait to see where we'll all be when he gets home, hopefully he'll be an uncle! ha
P.S. Once you upload our pictures from today I'll delete this one!
