Bearcheeks therapy

Yesterday after work I headed up to the Davis' for Sallies "therapy session" I promised her! They have a recipe for the best cookie dough and we planned on eating a lot of it! Well "mom" got home from work as we were leaving and said she wanted to go to dinner so her,Noell, and Sallie rode the beach cruisers down to Cafe Rio and I waited for Jake to get out of the shower so we could meet them there. Well I ended up leaving him because he was gromposis, but we sure did enjoy our dinner! Two hours later we ended up going back home and Jake said his friend Gooch was coming over and then they were going to go get two boys for the girls and come make cookies with us. We went to the store and got the ingredients and FIREWORKS! Kim went crazy she loves fireworks and bought a ton! We finally started on the cookie dough and the boys got there. Gooch and Jake attempted to make bombs out of the fireworks and it scares me how good they are at it.

The boys wanted to go do a bonfire up the canyon but by the time we got there and started the fire we got kicked out so we went to Gooch's aunts house and had our own fire!

When we got to the house there were little 8 year olds outside and Jake whistled at them and they apparently thought he was hitting on them. Sallie, Noell, and I went to talk to them but they ran ha we were so bummed and when we came out to our cars they had left each of us a little present!

We took them to the "Devil worship house" All through high school I went there and was familiar with the story, well Sallie and Lindie were scared out of their minds. Lindie wanted Jake but little did she know he was in the bushes preparing to scare us! ha they were holding on to me so tight it was hard to not laugh and tell them the real story.

After that we went to Gooch's house and played Rock Band until 3 in the morning.
These three were so serious and into it Sallie and I were laughing pretty hard, it's just a game!
I have to admit is was weird without Katie, but I love this family and we are so crazy together! Jake was pretty grumpy all night and he didn't want any pictures, but he eventually came out of it. I showed him the car he is getting me for our wedding and he hated it, but Kim said she'll make sure that I get it! Thanks "MOM" I hope you feel better "bearcheek" and remember if you feel like punching someone I volunteer Jake but if you need more therapy come to the older sisters we've delt with many boys!
